My goal with this series is to challenge myself to think about products I interact with and channel my thoughts into words using my Human Factors background. I think of use cases in my daily life and build my analyses around those.

Obviously, experienced product designers like yourself may have worked on many of the products I cover. I completely understand the constraints and trade-offs you have to work with, in your job such as the ones you highlighted.

I am grateful that you took out time to respond and give your thoughts on my post because I continuously try to learn from others' experiences and insights. The scenarios you highlighted will challenge me to think and improve. Thank you!
